Ultimate AVIF Converter processes images locally on your server. We do not upload images to third-party services. Minimal telemetry is exchanged for license validation and updates.

2. Data We Process

• Locally on your site: Media Library files and metadata, conversion logs, and settings required to operate the plugin.
• License/updates: Domain name, license key hash, plugin version, and WordPress version for update checks and license validation.

3. What We Do Not Collect

• We do not upload your images to external optimization services.
• We do not collect analytics on your visitors.
• We do not store plaintext license keys.

4. Cookies

The plugin itself does not set front-end cookies. Your WordPress site may set cookies per its own policy (logins, comments, e-commerce).

5. Security

Use strong WordPress admin passwords and keep your server patched. The plugin follows WordPress security best practices (nonces, capabilities, sanitization/escaping).

6. Data Retention

Conversion logs and settings remain on your server until you remove them. License activation records remain with the license server until the license is deleted or anonymized.

7. Your Rights

As site owner, you control your data. For license records or to remove activations, contact support with your license key and domain.
