License Terms (EULA)

1. Grant of License

Upon purchase, you receive a lifetime license for one (1) domain activation. You may use the plugin on the licensed domain and its subpaths. Staging subdomains that clearly mirror the production site (e.g., staging.example.com) are permitted.

2. Restrictions

• No reselling, sublicensing, lending, or public redistribution of the plugin ZIP.
• No sharing, publishing, or exposing your license key.
• No misrepresentation of authorship; copyright remains with Xania Media.

3. Updates & Support

Licensed domains receive plugin updates via the WordPress dashboard and reasonable support for installation, configuration, and known plugin issues. We do not provide custom theme rewrites, custom CDN tuning, or general server administration.

4. Ownership

The plugin is licensed, not sold. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by Xania Media.

5. Termination

We may revoke or suspend licenses obtained by fraud, chargeback, or violation of these Terms. Continued use after termination is not permitted.

6. Warranty Disclaimer

The plugin is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific SEO results or compatibility with all themes, plugins, or hosting environments.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xania Media shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, or business, arising from use of the plugin.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Belgium, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Belgium.
